Community website
NHK Dolfynkus: an Afrikaans community website
The NHK Dolfynkus website gives the Ballito congregation a welcoming digital home that is easy to use on mobile and simple to share.
Scope note: This case study describes verified engineering scope and resulting operational capability. It does not invent confidential commercial outcomes, customer figures, or performance metrics.
The challenge
The congregation needed one dependable public destination for visitors and members. It had to explain the worship time and venue, introduce the congregation and its history, support current event and fundraising promotions, connect people to active social channels, and make contact and giving information easy to find.
The approach
The website was designed around clear Afrikaans content and a responsive, accessible structure. Service details and visit planning lead the experience, while dedicated sections support congregation information, history, events, social profiles, photographs, Zapper giving, QR sharing, and a visitor-controlled email contact flow.
Resulting capability
The resulting website provides a focused public hub for worship, community life, outreach, events, and contact. It can promote time-sensitive initiatives without losing the evergreen information that new visitors and regular members need.
